Director of Accounts Payable

Job Summary

Owning the full disbursements lifecycle, the full-time remote Director of Accounts Payable will design and build a scalable procure-to-pay function while partnering with cross-functional leaders to modernize the AP tech stack and drive efficiency through automation.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and transform a global procure-to-pay function with standardized processes and internal controls
• Oversee vendor management, including governance and lifecycle management for a global supplier base
• Design KPI dashboards for financial visibility and manage month-end close of the AP subledger

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive AP experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in building or transforming a procure-to-pay function
• Hands-on expertise with NetSuite and procure-to-pay systems like Coupa
• Experience with global AP operations, including multi-entity and multi-currency management
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
