Job Summary

Leading the Accounts Payable services across the organization, the full-time salaried Director of Global Accounts Payable will manage team performance, optimize processes for cash flow management, and ensure compliance while working virtually in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and train the Accounts Payable team, focusing on development and achieving production goals
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in Accounts Payable processes, emphasizing automation and cost reduction
• Oversee compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and vendor management across regions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Extensive finance and accounting experience with knowledge of audit/internal controls
• Proven leadership and talent development skills to build a high-performing team
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Management experience is required
