Director of Accounts Receivable

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and effectiveness of revenue cycle operations, including accounts receivable and denial management
• Implements best practices and standardized workflows for accounts receivable operations through continuous improvement initiatives
• Develops and monitors key departmental metrics to measure performance and manages action plans for outstanding accounts receivable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred; equivalent training/experience considered
• At least seven (7) years of revenue cycle management experience in healthcare or health insurance
• At least four (4) years of supervisory/management experience preferred
• Global service delivery billing experience required
