Job Summary

Leading the accreditation department, the full-time remote Director of Accreditation and Compliance will manage accreditation processes, oversee continuing education activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering relationships with external experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the CE Provider Units and accreditation activities to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Coordinate and execute accreditation processes for continuing education activities, maximizing efficiency and accountability
  • Build and maintain relationships with planners, peer reviewers, and faculty to support accreditation excellence and quality programming
Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; CHCP strongly preferred
  • Current knowledge of accreditation standards and industry issues
  • Experience in managing multiple accreditations and compliance processes
  • Direct experience with data submissions and compliance for JA-PARS, MOC, and specialty boards
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Joint Accreditation criteria, including ACCME, ACPE, and ANCC requirements
