Job Summary
Leading the accreditation department, the full-time remote Director of Accreditation and Compliance will manage accreditation processes, oversee continuing education activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering relationships with external experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the CE Provider Units and accreditation activities to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate and execute accreditation processes for continuing education activities, maximizing efficiency and accountability
- Build and maintain relationships with planners, peer reviewers, and faculty to support accreditation excellence and quality programming
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; CHCP strongly preferred
- Current knowledge of accreditation standards and industry issues
- Experience in managing multiple accreditations and compliance processes
- Direct experience with data submissions and compliance for JA-PARS, MOC, and specialty boards
- Comprehensive knowledge of Joint Accreditation criteria, including ACCME, ACPE, and ANCC requirements
