Director of Accreditation Operations

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end accreditation system, the full-time remote Director of Accreditation Operations will manage the accreditation lifecycle for family child care educators, ensuring a smooth application process, overseeing customer service, and leading a team to enhance operational efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the operational owner for all stages of the accreditation lifecycle, from self-study to renewal
• Build and lead a responsive customer service function to enhance the educator experience throughout the accreditation process
• Oversee the operational pipeline for observations and scoring, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in related fields preferred
• At least seven years of experience in product operations, program operations, or similar high-volume systems
• Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role managing staff or contractors
• Demonstrated success in designing and improving complex workflows involving multiple users and stages
• Experience with customer relationship management systems and emerging technologies, including AI
