Director of ACO Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of ACO Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Provider Submission process, ensuring roster accuracy and compliance with CMS deadlines
• Manage the Roster Management System (RMS) workflow to streamline provider data submissions
• Oversee the execution of Beneficiary Enhancement (BE) and Beneficiary Engagement Incentive (BEI) programs to ensure compliance with CMS standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in orchestrating complex, multi-phase project lifecycles under high-pressure conditions
• Deep technical knowledge of value-based care programs and regulations, particularly CMS guidelines
• Experience with CMS provider submissions and managing roster cycles for ACOs or similar entities
• Familiarity with Roster Management Systems (RMS) or similar tools for automating data flows
• Background in CMS program management or policy, especially with BEI programs and compliance frameworks
