Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Acquisition Marketing to lead customer growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale customer acquisition across various channels, optimizing channel mix for efficient CAC
• Drive mobile app acquisition strategy and improve conversion rates across the mobile acquisition funnel
• Establish a high-performance experimentation engine and strengthen measurement and attribution frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
• Proven experience with multi-channel acquisition strategies including paid social, search, and mobile
• Strong expertise in mobile app marketing and performance optimization
• Experience leading cross-functional growth initiatives with Product, Data, and Creative teams
• Experience managing agency relationships and internal performance marketing teams
