Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Acquisition Sales to lead and grow their Net New business function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the entire acquisition funnel from outreach to closed deals
  • Lead and develop the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) teams
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth Sales to align go-to-market strategies and optimize sales processes
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years in sales leadership roles
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding net new sales goals
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Skilled in pipeline management and sales automation tools
  • Experience selling to MSPs is a strong plus
