Job Summary

Director of Actuarial Services, a full-time position responsible for analyzing healthcare data, performing actuarial modeling, and managing risk while leading a junior actuarial team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims and authorization data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
• Perform actuarial modeling and forecasting to support financial arrangements
• Manage organizational risk through accurate forecasting of financial and statistical data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative major (e.g., actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, economics, data science)
• Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries
• 5+ years of experience in a health actuarial setting
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership and project management skills
