Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategic direction for the adhesives business in North America
• Oversee daily operations across production facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years' leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial product environments
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations and cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen with a track record of growing revenue and improving operational performance
• Experience in business development and strategic M&A opportunities
