Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight and operational management, the full-time Director of Administration will lead the Accounting, Recruiting, and Human Resources departments while ensuring organizational efficiency and compliance in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction for Accounting, Recruiting, and HR departments, aligning strategies with company goals
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting operations and manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and manage benefits administration and employee relations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
  • 5+ years of experience managing multi-functional teams and knowledge of multi-state employment laws
  • Experience in government contracting environments is preferred
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments
