Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Admissions who will manage the daily operations of the Admissions Department and supervise Admissions Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to admissions policies and procedures
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to admissions personnel
- Analyze department reports and develop strategic plans to meet admissions goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years combined work experience in business, customer service, education, or sales management
- At least 5 years in management positions
- Experience managing remote employees
- Proficient computer skills and demonstrated analytical skills
