Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Admissions who will manage the daily operations of the Admissions Department and supervise Admissions Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to admissions policies and procedures
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to admissions personnel
  • Analyze department reports and develop strategic plans to meet admissions goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years combined work experience in business, customer service, education, or sales management
  • At least 5 years in management positions
  • Experience managing remote employees
  • Proficient computer skills and demonstrated analytical skills
