A company is looking for a Director of Admissions & Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a multi-year enrollment and growth strategy for Brightspire Virtual School
• Lead a team of Enrollment Specialists and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Design and execute strategies for bulk enrollments and manage an active sales pipeline

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required (MBA or Master's preferred)
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a virtual/online school setting
• Proven success in consultative selling and meeting enrollment goals
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong revenue track record
• Proficient in CRM tools and data analysis to drive recruitment growth
