Job Summary

Leading a remote admissions team, the full-time Campus Director of Admissions will manage the admissions process, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster relationships with prospective students and campus leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, train, coach, and retain a professional advising team
  • Manage the admissions process to ensure timely follow-up with inquiries and compliance with policies
  • Develop and execute on-campus events and programs to enhance student recruitment
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years working in higher education admissions with at least 12 months in a leadership role
  • Reliable high-speed internet required
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement action plans
  • Experience leading teams to consistent success
