Director of Admissions

Job Summary

Responsible for enrollment performance across all campuses, the full-time Director of Admissions will manage the admissions funnel, lead a team of Admissions Representatives, and develop strategies to support enrollment growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own enrollment performance and admissions outcomes, maintaining visibility into lead flow and conversion rates
• Lead, coach, and develop the admissions team, establishing performance expectations and conducting regular reviews
• Implement process improvements to enhance conversion rates and support 2x enrollment growth while ensuring a high-quality family experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading admissions, enrollment, sales, or customer acquisition teams
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams in a growth-oriented environment
• Experience scaling processes and teams during periods of rapid growth
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing funnels, pipelines, and conversion metrics
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to coach and directly solve problems
