Director of Admissions Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the admissions technology initiatives, the full-time Director of Admissions Analytics will manage the admissions technology platform, oversee data analytics processes, and ensure data quality to support recruitment and enrollment strategies, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in Charlottesville or Rosslyn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and planning for the Office of Admissions, ensuring effective use of technology solutions and training for staff
• Build and maintain an admissions analytics roadmap, delivering operational reports and dashboards to enhance insights into the admissions process
• Oversee the governance and maintenance of admissions applications and ensure data integration with university systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience; Master's degree and 7 years preferred
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with solid analytics skills
• Experience managing admissions-related software systems, including Technolutions Slate and Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize complex business processes within admissions and enrollment operations
• Strong collaborative leadership skills and experience in training and developing staff
