Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Adoption, OCM and Value Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the Adoption Consulting strategy across multiple regions
• Serve as an executive advisor to clients on adoption, behavior change, and value realization
• Lead the design of AI-powered training and enablement pipelines

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years in adoption, OCM, transformation, or consulting leadership roles
• 5+ years experience with the ServiceNow workflow platform
• Deep experience supporting large-scale technology or platform transformations
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
• Strong understanding of digital adoption, behavioral change, and value realization concepts
