Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Define and operationalize the Adoption Consulting strategy across various regions
Serve as an executive advisor to clients on adoption and value realization
Lead a team of specialists and ensure alignment with ServiceNow delivery and sales

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years in adoption, OCM, transformation, or consulting leadership roles
5+ years experience with the ServiceNow workflow platform
Experience supporting large-scale technology or platform transformations
Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
Strong understanding of digital adoption and behavioral change concepts
