Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Adoption, OCM and Value Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the Adoption Consulting strategy across multiple regions
• Serve as an executive advisor on adoption and value realization to client sponsors
• Lead a team of adoption, OCM, and enablement specialists to ensure alignment and consistency

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years in adoption, OCM, transformation, or consulting leadership roles
• 5+ years experience with the ServiceNow workflow platform
• Deep experience in large-scale technology or platform transformations
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
• Strong understanding of digital adoption and behavioral change concepts
