Director of Advancement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a fundraising strategy to increase revenue and diversify the funder base
• Meet annual fundraising goals, estimated at $4M+ for FY26
• Steward existing funders, pursue new funding sources, and build a Major Donor program

Qualifications and Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in frontline fundraising, preferably with individual and/or foundation giving
• Track record of successfully raising $5M+
• At least two years of experience managing and nurturing teams
• Experience working collaboratively on a development team
• Master's degree or beyond in a relevant field is preferred
