Job Summary

Director of Advancement, oversees and develops fundraising strategies and initiatives within a designated region, managing a small team in a full-time, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of regional fundraising strategies and initiatives
• Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with existing and prospective donors
• Manage and mentor team staff while overseeing fundraising events and campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated fundraising experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals
• Strong organizational and project management skills
