• Lead the design and implementation of Advice content to enhance client and advisor experiences
• Manage a team to develop and maintain the Advice Playbook, ensuring it reflects current trends and feedback
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on Advice strategy and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Services
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Experience in managing change within complex organizations
• Subject matter expertise in financial planning and advisory services
