Job Summary

To support the growth and development of advisors, the full-time salaried Director of Advisor Coaching will act as a strategic coach and thought leader, delivering coaching and training programs remotely to enhance advisors' consultative selling skills and overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic coach to enhance advisors' practice management and business growth
• Design and oversee comprehensive coaching and development programs focused on communication and relationship-building skills
• Provide individual and group coaching to improve advisors' performance in discovery conversations and presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisor consulting
• Experience in coaching or practice management roles within independent channels
