Job Summary

Driving the growth and development of advisors, the full-time remote Director of Advisor Growth will manage the implementation of tailored solutions and strategies to enhance business scalability and advisor-client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Guide advisors through the platform, connecting them with experts and solutions to accelerate growth and efficiency
• Collaborate with advisors to design and measure growth roadmaps, ensuring accountability for milestones and outcomes
• Serve as the primary contact for advisory teams, identifying competitive threats and opportunities for expansion

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, advisor coaching, consulting, or practice management
