Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Advisor Recruiting to lead outreach and relationship development with financial advisors and RIA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the nationwide advisor recruiting strategy, managing outreach and relationship cultivation
• Guide advisory teams through exploration, due diligence, and transition planning
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions for incoming advisors

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in sales roles or financial services, particularly with advisory firms
• Proven success in leading advisors through structured decision processes
• Hands-on experience with both protocol and non-protocol breakaways
• Deep understanding of independent advisory firms and their business models
• Strong relationship-building instincts with a consultative approach to business development
