Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the affiliate activation strategy to enhance engagement and revenue
• Build and optimize onboarding processes and training programs for affiliates
• Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or revenue growth roles
• 5+ years in a leadership or strategic program ownership role
• Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of driving revenue through affiliate or partner ecosystems
