Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Defines and owns the enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for affiliate and influencer marketing
• Oversees performance and relationships with top-tier affiliate publishers and strategic partners
• Leads commercial negotiations for affiliate and influencer partnerships, including contracts and commission structures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing roles
• Proven success in scaling affiliate and influencer programs as primary acquisition channels
• Advanced expertise in partner negotiations and strategic relationship development
• Strong analytical capability with experience in performance forecasting and lead quality analysis
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
