Job Summary

To scale the affiliate program significantly for US customer acquisition, the full-time remote Director of Affiliate Partnerships will manage recruitment, negotiate editorial placements, and build relationships with a diverse range of small affiliates and publishers, aiming to achieve measurable growth in signups and establish top-tier placements in comparison sites.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a recruitment pipeline targeting small affiliates and major review publications
• Negotiate top-three editorial placements with key SMB-focused review sites to enhance visibility
• Oversee ongoing reporting and partner support, ensuring effective management of the affiliate program

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience scaling an affiliate program in hosting, website building, or SMB-focused SaaS
• Proven track record of generating $1M+ in annual revenue through a distributed affiliate program
• Experience securing editorial placements on major comparison sites
• Advanced knowledge of affiliate platforms like PartnerStack and Impact
• Existing relationships with SMB content publishers and strong commercial instincts
