Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Aftersales.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute annual business plan to achieve volume, profitability, and strategic objectives
• Drive service commercial strategy and manage service sales offers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence through effective dealer support and governance

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in aftersales/commercial with relevant leadership experience
• Strong background in spare parts, service, retail development, and technical support in the automotive industry
• Understanding of Latin America trucks/automotive businesses
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
