Leading a team of approximately forty professionals, the full-time remote Director of Agency Operations will manage the quality of client deliverables across six delivery functions, redesign workflows for efficiency, and coach team leads to enhance operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Own the quality of work across all delivery functions and elevate standards in digital marketing
- Collaborate with team leads to redesign workflows, integrating automation and AI where applicable
- Coach and advocate for team leads, ensuring clarity on performance expectations and supporting their development
Required qualifications
- 8 or more years in agency operations, marketing, or a client-services delivery environment
- 4 or more years of experience leading teams, including other leaders
- Hands-on fluency with AI and automation tools relevant to digital marketing
- Proven ability to lead teams through significant changes in work processes
- Strong understanding of operational metrics such as capacity, utilization, and service-line margin
