Job Summary
Driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Agency Sales will manage a Producer sales team and an Account Management team, focusing on coaching, operational oversight, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and reinforce sales expectations, KPIs, and performance goals across both teams
- Coach Producers on consultative selling and Account Managers on retention and client relationship management
- Review operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and support team members in complex client-facing conversations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial lines insurance experience
- 2+ years of experience managing or coaching producers and account managers
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and underwriting guidelines
- Experience reviewing insurance submissions for completeness and accuracy
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and sales performance metrics
