Job Summary
To build and scale a global GEO product function, the full-time salaried Director of Agent Marketing will define brand strategy across various platforms, enhance visibility in AI-powered search engines, and lead a high-performing team focused on driving organic growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a GEO function and operating model to drive growth through AI and organic discovery
- Increase brand visibility and citation share across key AI answer engines and improve organic traffic and conversions
- Establish a GEO experimentation and measurement engine to optimize content structure and technical health of high-value pages
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical search, discovery, or related fields in a high-growth environment
- Strong technical foundation in web architecture, structured data/schema, and crawl analysis
- Proven track record in designing and executing experimentation programs that enhance visibility and traffic
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams with clear expectations and mentorship
- Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments and produce executive-ready insights from data
