Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Consult Partner in Agentic Application Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead growth in agentic Application Management Services (AMS) by architecting scalable offerings and building value propositions
• Engage with client CXOs to drive AI-driven application management strategies and enhance client satisfaction
• Shape and close deals that transition traditional AMS to AI-driven operations, ensuring operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of consulting or managed services leadership experience with a focus on C-suite client engagement
• Expertise in Application Management Services (AMS) and IT operations transformation
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks and intelligent automation technologies
• Experience in designing and delivering outcome-based managed services contracts
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at the CXO level
