Director of Agentic Practices

Job Summary

Leading the development of agentic AI applications, the full-time remote Director of Agentic Practices will manage the entire lifecycle of Health Advocate's agentic application portfolio, ensuring performance, reliability, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Direct accountability for the performance and evolution of all agentic applications in production and development
• Define architectural patterns, tooling, and deployment principles for building agentic systems
• Hire and lead a team of engineers and practitioners to deliver production-grade agentic systems

Required qualifications

• Proven experience building and managing agentic AI systems in production
• Technical expertise to set architectural direction and engage in technical discussions
• Experience owning a system or portfolio end-to-end, including accountability for performance
• Familiarity with healthcare technology or regulated industries
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and multi-agent system design
