Director of Agents

Job Summary

To drive successful outcomes for strategically important customers and internal initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Agents will identify, build, and deliver agentic solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce time spent on non-judgmental tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize agent opportunities through structured discovery and stakeholder engagement
• Build production-grade agentic workflows and maintain accountability on active projects
• Own outcomes by enabling and supporting users to ensure workflows are trusted and deliver measurable results

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a technical, operational, or solutions role with a proven track record of delivering business outcomes
• Hands-on experience writing production-grade prompts and multi-step agentic workflows
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect agent investments to efficiency and revenue outcomes
• Experience conducting structured discovery interviews to surface pain points and prioritize solutions
• Background in RevOps, Sales Operations, Product Management, or business process improvement preferred
