Director of Agile Delivery

Job Summary

Leading the Agile Delivery practice, the full-time Director of Agile Delivery will define and govern enterprise delivery standards, enhance tooling strategies, and improve planning and execution processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and maintain enterprise agile delivery standards and delivery models across teams
• Lead the Scrum Master and Agile Delivery practice, focusing on coaching and role clarity
• Own the enterprise delivery tooling operating model, ensuring alignment with delivery methodologies and governance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in agile delivery leadership or enterprise methodology roles
• Proven success in leading Scrum Master and Agile Delivery practices in scaled environments
• Deep experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar enterprise delivery platforms
• Ability to translate delivery data into executive-level insights and decisions
