Director of Agile Delivery

Job Summary

Leading a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives, the full-time Director of Agile Delivery will oversee program delivery, governance, and organizational alignment while ensuring strategic initiatives translate into tangible value, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent programs totaling over 633,000 hours of work and representing an annual investment exceeding $44 million
• Connect business strategy to execution, creating structure and predictability in program delivery
• Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across technology and business partners, ensuring high standards of quality and accountability

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading Program Managers, agile teams, and technology teams in delivering strategic initiatives at scale
• Proven track record managing IT portfolios and delivering complex, multi-year programs in large-scale organizations with budgets over $40 million
• 3+ years of experience as a people leader with direct reports
• Experience in designing and improving program and portfolio governance structures
• Familiarity with portfolio management and product model toolsets (e.g., Rally/JIRA) and a willingness to deepen that expertise
