Director of Agile Delivery

Job Summary

Leading the Scrum Master function, the full-time remote Director of Agile Delivery will recruit and develop a high-performing team, enhance agile practices across Engineering, and integrate AI tools to optimize workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and retain Scrum Masters while coaching and developing team members
• Own and evolve agile standards, playbooks, and establish metrics for team performance
• Drive the adoption of AI tools in agile workflows and resolve systemic blockers across teams

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more Scrum Masters
• Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and at least one scaled framework (e.g., SAFe)
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
