Director of Agile Practice Management

Job Summary

To oversee a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives, the full-time Director of Agile Practice Management will lead multiple programs totaling over 633,000 hours of work and $44M in annual investment, ensuring alignment between business strategy and execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support concurrent technology programs, ensuring high standards of delivery and governance
• Connect business strategy to execution, creating structure and predictability in program outcomes
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment among stakeholders at all organizational levels

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading Program Managers and Agile/Scrum teams in large organizations
• 10+ years of proven success managing IT portfolios and complex technology programs with budgets over $20M
• 8+ years of experience balancing strategic portfolio management with hands-on program leadership
• 5+ years of experience supporting Medicare programs with knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
