Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Agile Product Ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Agile Product Owners, establishing clear expectations and fostering a high-performance culture
• Ensure Product Owners define and execute product visions and roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities
• Own and evolve Agile Product Ownership practices, coaching teams to improve collaboration and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading Agile Product Owners or product leaders in a complex organization
• Strong background in agile delivery models, preferably with experience in Scrum or SAFe
• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
• Experience in large-scale system implementations or complex business domains
• Certifications such as CSPO or SAFe are a plus
