Director of AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI to provide leadership in executing the vision and strategy of artificial intelligence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's AI vision and long-term roadmap
• Lead and scale high-performing AI, ML, and data science teams
• Oversee the design and adoption of generative AI systems and ML-based recommendation systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AI/machine learning with significant leadership responsibility
• Proven leadership in customer-facing recommendation systems and personalization platforms
• Experience in designing and operating generative/agentic-AI products
• Experience overseeing AI systems deployed on AWS
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and regulatory landscapes
