Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team of data scientists and AI specialists
• Drive the AI roadmap and set technical direction across Generative AI and machine learning
• Oversee the development of core AI systems, including content generation and personalization engines

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, or data science, with hands-on experience in Generative AI
• Strong capability in designing AI architectures and developing real-world AI systems
• Experience leading technical teams in collaborative environments
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with modern AI tooling such as AWS, Azure, or Databricks (beneficial but not required)
