Director of AI

Job Summary

Driving AI strategy and development, the full-time Director of AI will lead the organization's push into AI by defining offerings, building internal capabilities, and creating training programs, all while working remotely and reporting directly to the CTO.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define and develop Personified's AI strategy and offerings
• Design and deliver internal and external training programs on AI tools and workflows
• Establish standards for responsible AI use and evaluate AI tools to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies
• Strong background in training design and delivery, particularly in technology contexts
• Familiarity with AI tools, platforms, and the managed service provider landscape
• Experience in project management and managing multiple workstreams
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
