Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative healthcare accreditation and assurance programs, the full-time Director of AI Accreditation Programs will design assessment methodologies and governance models while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of new healthcare assurance and certification programs
• Design assessment methodologies, standards frameworks, and operational policies
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop standards and assessment criteria

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare quality, accreditation, compliance, or related fields
• Demonstrated success in developing or managing standards-based programs
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory environments
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups, including healthcare organizations and regulators
• Exceptional leadership and program management skills
