Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Advisory focused on AI Adoption & Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales engagements and develop pipeline for adoption and change offerings
• Oversee delivery quality and manage change roadmaps for AI and data adoption programs
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executive client sponsors and track adoption KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting or advisory with experience in enterprise transformation
• 7+ years leading organizational change management for technology transformations
• Hands-on experience with AI, LLM, or advanced analytics solutions
• Proven track record in sales and influencing large consulting deals
• Familiarity with change management frameworks tailored to AI & data contexts
