Director of AI and Automation

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise AI and automation strategy, the full-time remote Director of AI and Automation will manage a multi-disciplinary team to design and implement AI-powered systems and intelligent automation that enhance care quality and operational performance in the Medicare Advantage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a multi-year AI and automation roadmap aligned with strategic goals in Medicare Advantage
• Build and lead a high-performing team of AI/ML and automation engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability
• Drive the design and implementation of enterprise-scale automation solutions across various operational functions

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML roles, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership position
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI/ML systems and large-scale automation solutions in regulated environments
• Deep expertise in machine learning, NLP, and intelligent process automation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI/ML engineering practices and cloud platforms at a leadership level
