Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the enterprise agentic AI and automation technology strategy and governance framework
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across all business functions
- Lead and govern execution of automation initiatives and track related KPIs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML, intelligent automation, and digital transformation
- 5+ years in automation leadership roles
- Proven delivery of large-scale automation programs with measurable outcomes
- Experience in chemical, industrial manufacturing, or process industries preferred
- Hands-on background with agentic AI systems and enterprise technology architecture
