A company is looking for a Director of AI & Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ML/data scientists, managing hiring and project delivery
• Set technical strategy, architecture, and standards for AI systems with a focus on reliability
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI into products and support Sales and Marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an applied AI team in a production environment
• Strong end-to-end ML/AI engineering skills, including data modeling and deployment
• Practical experience with LLMs and modern AI tooling
• PhD with 2 years, Master's with 4 years, or Bachelor's with 6 years of industry experience in a relevant field
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern ML stacks and software development practices
