Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technology, software, data, AI/ML, or digital transformation roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience in strategy, execution, and team development
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with commercial platforms
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into business solutions
