Job Summary

Leading a talented team of machine learning engineers, the full-time remote Director of AI and Machine Learning will oversee the integration of AI tools, manage LLM deployment, and drive innovative solutions to enhance user experience and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers, providing guidance and support for professional growth
• Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of large language models (LLMs) to optimize performance and scalability
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate AI solutions into products through robust API development

Required qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in machine learning and engineering, focusing on large-scale distributed application architecture
• Expertise in machine learning deployment, API development, and real-time ML workloads
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with technical challenges
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
